We offer a free national delivery service on all items across the majority of the UK

*Due to additional costs postcodes in the IV, PH and PA regions, may incur a flat fee of £12.00, KW and KA postcodes may also be subject to £12.95. Please contact a member of our sales team to confirm your postcode.

Please note we can deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland or ZE postcodes and there are some EXTRA CHARGES OF £12.95.

Making a purchase

Our step-by-step guide provides all the information required to enable you to select your choice of products and make a purchase. We have used the latest technology to provide an online search facility to make selecting the right product easier.

Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our Customer Service team on 0113 2121 559 or email us at info@elaptopbag.com, please quote your name, order number and the date the order was placed. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns procedure

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Once you have received your goods we encourage you to phone or email us with any queries you may have. We will provide a refund if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it's original packaging, in 'as new' condition, unmarked and all polyutherane packaging un-opened. Please ensure that the product is checked for any sign of damage before disposing of the packaging. We would also request that orders are checked to ensure they are the correct size, colour, model etc before assembling the product as we cannot acccept returns of items that have been assembled.

Refund policy

Once goods have been returned in the original undamaged packaging a refund to the card used to make the purchased will be made. We do not charge for collection of items which are faulty or damaged, but a £9.95 collection charge will be made where items are unwanted. Website technical problems If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order please email us with details of the problem and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Complaints process

We undertake to:

  • deal with your complaint fairly, confidentially and effectively
